Jeannine Walston brings extensive expertise through her business, Cancer & Integrative Cancer Care for the Whole Person. She offers services as a Cancer Coach, consultant, speaker, and in various other capacities. Her professional collaborations span government agencies, non-profits, hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, businesses, cancer patients, caregivers, and the public. As a brain tumor survivor since March 1998, Jeannine’s lived experience deeply enriches her work and perspective.
Before establishing her own business, Jeannine served as a writer, trainer, and spokesperson for the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine Clearinghouse (now the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health). She was also a policy educator, advocate, and lobbyist at the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship, a manager at the Children’s Cause for Cancer Advocacy, and a consultant to the Food and Drug Administration’s Patient Consultant Program and the National Cancer Institute Cooperative Group. Additionally, she worked as a Legislative Assistant for a Congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
Over many years, Jeannine has been praised by prominent individuals, including New York Times best-selling authors, leading physicians, advocates, film industry professionals, cancer survivors, caregivers, and many others. Based in Los Angeles, she serves clients both nationally and internationally.
