What is clean water?

Clean water is made in many parts of the world with a high quality filter.

Clean water does not contain heavy metals, pesticides, microbes such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa, pharmaceutical drugs, plastics and their chemical derivatives such as phthalates and bisphenol A, fluoride, as well as other chemicals and toxins such as Chromium-6.

What is the condition of water in the U.S.?

The federal Environmental Protection Agency requires all water systems to give their customers an annual Consumer Confidence Reports. Most water samples have contaminants.

How does clean water help the body detoxify?

The largest component of the body is water. Hydration with clean, filtered water is necessary for health. Water helps excrete toxins from stool and urine. Without enough water, detoxification is impaired and people become constipated, have darker urine, and urinate less frequently.

How much water should I drink daily?

For most people, a minimum of 6 to 8 glasses daily of clean, filtered water.

When should I drink water each day?

Drinking water during each day provides nourishment. Do not consume a lot of water include during meals and closer to bed.

  • Make sure you drink no more than one 6 to 8 ounce cup of water with each meal. More water with meals will compromise digestion, including absorption of nutrients into your body.
  • Drinking too much water close to bed likely will require urination in the middle of the night. You choose your preference.

Is tap water safe?

Tests demonstrate tap and well water are often contaminated with toxins. The Environmental Working Group has ratings on 100 water utilities in the United States.

Is bottled water safe?

Bottled water is less regulated than municipal water. Water in some plastic bottles in unsafe. Many plastic bottles contain phthalates and bisphenol A featuring toxic petrochemicals associated with illnesses such as cancer. Other contaminants have been found in tests of bottled water. Water in glass bottles that has been properly filtered is safe.

What are some water filters?

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane filtration method removing large molecules and ions through pressure and other functions in RO equipment. RO creates high quality water.
