Brain Tumor Diagnosis 17-year Anniversary with photo exhibit – Brain, Body, Being

By Jeannine Walston  |   Mar - 18 - 2015  |

Today March 18, 2015 is my 17-year anniversary from a brain tumor diagnosis. Transformative thoughts about the experience and many years since then bring me to profound gratitude for being alive. Thank you to God, angels, spirit, my soul, parents, brother, sister-in-law, nephew, nieces, friends, colleagues, and countless other people that have helped me in my journey. My personal landscape includes tremendous kindness from those visible and invisible to support my optimal health and healing. And as I look at my internal mirror during my life, including since 1998, I connect with memories that sometimes became shelved, others shifted, and at times disappeared into the mystery. In reflecting, I felt inspired to organize some of my photos from years past. This photo exhibit Brain, Body, Being offers some selections with surgery in 1998, 2011, and 2013. From there, photos convey radiation and oral chemotherapy, as well as immunotherapy DCVax-L dendritic cell-based vaccine. Finally, photos show some messages in my life with whole person health and healing.
