Video from a Motivational Speaker and Inspirational Brain Tumor Survivor

By Jeannine Walston  |   Jul - 9 - 2019  |

Sometimes people recognize a calling in life that is rooted in their soul. In my journey as a brain tumor survivor since 1998, I’ve experienced clarity in my mindset to work in the cancer arena. I continue to learn more about brain tumors, cancer in general, aspects of the whole person, factors to improve quality of life and survival, and other components. In part, I use that information to educate, advocate, and transform in essential ways.

As I began my cancer journey speaking in front of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC, during the spring of 1999, I felt the grace in connecting to the audience. I experienced the community, which was powerful. Since then, over the last two decades as a speaker, I’ve discussed various topics, such as cancer, research, treatment, clinical trials, policy, my story, survivorship, resilience, integrative cancer care for the whole person, cancer prevention, health and wellness, and lifestyle.

Over time, my vibrancy continues in my work to make more of a difference. To reach more personally and professionally, I created a video about being a speaker. Feel free to watch this 3-minute video from a motivational speaker and inspirational cancer survivor.

Embrace what you experience in this video. Based on who you are, and what you do, I also welcome more opportunities as a speaker, presenter, on a panel, or other roles. Feel free to explore more information as a speaker and contact me about interest.

Thank you very much for watching the video, and feel free to share it with others.
